Example of a daily schedule
- Wake-up
- Morning warm-ups / Activation exercises These are morning sports activities lasting about 30 minutes. They help you fully wake up and prepare your body for the rest of the day.
- Breakfast
- Tent / Cleanliness inspection Every day we make sure the tents are tidy—not just for aesthetic reasons, but also to ensure safety and the most comfortable living conditions possible in the tent. After all, no one likes putting on damp clothes that fell off the shelf onto the ground, or discovering that they accidentally shared their snacks with the ants.

Reviews from participants of our camps
I’ve been interested in exact sciences for a long time, but it was precisely thanks to the astronomical camp that I shaped my interests in a cosmic direction. The very positive atmosphere certainly helped me develop this interest. Thanks to it, I felt that being interested in space isn’t weird, and I learned to appreciate other people with the most diverse interests. If someone is considering going to the camp, I think that the very fact that they’re interested in it already indicates they’ll be a great next “astro-freak”.
Unlike most participants, when I went to my first camp, I had nothing to do with exact sciences, and I had never been interested in astronomy itself. It was during that first camp that I learned how to use a telescope and where I presented my very first talk, which led to me now participating in many scientific and popular-science conferences. It was in the Club that I truly felt that science is for everyone. Do I recommend the camp? ABSOLUTELY! If it weren’t for Almukantarat, I have no idea where I would be today or what I would be doing.
The Almukantarat camp made astronomy become my favorite branch of physics. I made friends with many new people from all over Poland there. Thanks to the club, I developed my passions, and the older colleagues helped me choose the studies I’ll start next year.
Almukantarat is a place for building new friendships and jointly discovering the universe. It is accompanied by a unique atmosphere and vibe created by spending evenings around campfires, singing almu-songs, and just having great fun. Going to my first camp was one of the best decisions of my life.
Participating in this camp was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in my life! Amazing atmosphere, wonderful and interesting people. You can gain a lot of knowledge while at the same time making great connections with people from all over Poland. The camp is the ideal combination of spending unforgettable holidays and acquiring new knowledge while developing your passions!
